I have a nine year old son who have a strong kicking leg,he wants to learn how to kick with the best. he love’s kicking the football, would it help him if I purchased your DVD?
How effective will these instructional dvd’s be working with middle school kids?
I have a Hoffman kicking dvd with Rich Cunningham. Is this a new dvd, because I don’t remember talking about avoiding slumps, and onside kicks. I need one that talks about pressure etc! If you have this I will buy it. Thanks Pete
Yes, Coach Hoffman gets into the “head game” as he calls it. Good luck!
I’d say a kid needs to be able to follow very specific instructions and stick to the drills very carefully. That changes from child to child but from what we’ve seen the child average for starting on these kinds of drilling and exercises is about 12.
9 is a bit young but that of course depends on the tenacity of the child. Some are able to really focus and stay with the drills. (My 9 year old would not!)
